The Los Angeles Shabbat Project strengthens and brings our community together by putting into practice a core belief: we are truly ONE PEOPLE OF ONE HEART. While labels often divide our community, we bring Jewish leaders and individuals together to work together, build connections, and deepen understanding. No matter what affiliation or level of practice, we come together to discuss, build, and celebrate Jewish Unity through Shabbat, as one community.

In past year’s, 1,000’s of Angelenos joined more than 1 million Jews worldwide through the multi-event Los Angeles Shabbat Project. We have hosted dozens of challah bakes and events throughout the past years. This year, the worldwide event is November 6-7th and in LA will include city, valley, and international events.
